Whole-Home & Multi-Room Remodeling

One contractor for the kitchen, the bathrooms, the floors and the finish work, in Coeur d'Alene, Post Falls and Hayden.

Most remodels don't stop at one room. New flooring runs into the next room, a kitchen update makes the bathroom look dated, and the trim has to tie it all together. When that happens, hiring a separate company for every part means more schedules to juggle and more chances for the work not to match.

DCB Construction LLC handles the interior trades of a remodel under one roof, so several rooms can be planned, priced and scheduled as a single project.

What a Multi-Room Remodel Can Include

Why Plan Rooms Together

  • Everything matches. Tile, flooring and trim are chosen together rather than fitted around what was done last time.
  • Work happens in the right order. Floors go in before trim, and heat goes in before tile, so nothing gets torn out twice.
  • One point of contact. You have one company to call and one schedule to follow.
  • One clear estimate. You see the whole project before you commit, and you can decide which rooms to do now and which to leave for later.

Whole-Home Remodeling FAQs

Yes. Kitchens, bathrooms, showers, tile, flooring, in-floor heating and trim are all work we do ourselves, so several rooms can be planned and scheduled as one project with one point of contact.

It depends on your budget and how you use the house. Doing rooms together lets flooring run continuously and keeps trim consistent from room to room. Working in phases spreads out the cost and leaves more of the house usable. We can walk through both options at your estimate.

Generally the messy work comes first and the finish work last: demolition, then tile and floor preparation, then flooring, then cabinets and fixtures, then trim. Your project may differ, and we will lay out the sequence before work begins.

Tell us everything on your list at the estimate. We will be upfront about what we take on and what is outside our scope, so there are no surprises once the project starts.
