Project descriptions, ranges, timelines, and example pricing on this site are illustrative — they reflect typical projects we've done in Northern Idaho, not a binding offer. Every remodel is different. Real pricing, scope, and schedule for your project come from an in-person consultation followed by a written, signed estimate from DCB Construction LLC. Until that document is signed by both parties, nothing on this website is a contract.
The photos in our galleries are of real projects DCB Construction LLC has completed in Northern Idaho. They are owned by DCB Construction LLC. You're welcome to view them and share links to this site, but please don't republish or redistribute the photos elsewhere without our written permission.
